We purchased a pair of NCM MIlano e-bikes from Willie's Bike Rental & Sales about a month ago and we have put on over 200 km since. We are extremely pleased with the quality and performance of our e-bikes, on my most recent battery charge I rode 115 km and still had about 10% battery remaining!
These e-bikes are also a blast to ride! You can work as little or as much as you want, and there is ample power to climb any hill we have encountered!
Willie was very helpful in the sales process, arranging for demo rides and having patience while we made up our minds! After delivery, there was only one minor issue with one bike (headlight not working) and Willie was quick to coordinate the initial service and confirmed a replacement part is required.
We took the e-bikes on a recent trip and had the opportunity to explore the bike trails around Ottawa - we covered 50 km in one day - it was an awesome way to see the city and cover everything from the Parliament buildings to museums, to wonderful bike trails along the Rideau Canal and Rideau River.
We now ride our e-bikes as often as we can - the outdoor activity is great and we are getting to explore local trails that we didn't even know existed a few weeks ago!

Highly recommend this business, Excellent Price, Excellent Service! My husband and I would be considered leisure cyclists, we try to get out at least twice per week when weather permits and enjoy the physical challenge as much as the scenery.
We’ve had the typical 21 speed bikes for a number of years. A few years ago, we became interested in e-bikes and started searching, but prices were expensive.
Summer 2021 – my brother and his wife had just purchased e-bikes from Willie and we had an opportunity to try them out.
We fell in love with the bike and all it can offer to any cyclist. Riding the e-bike you can still get the physical challenge you want but you can also cruise along with the pedal assist and enjoy the ride! (this is a great feature!).
The price point was reasonable, Willie was excellent to deal with – always willing to answer questions (either via email or telephone), quick to respond and he delivered my bike in September to my door Cape Breton!!
My husband’s bike was ordered after I received mine and we opted to meet Willie to pick it up in November.
Service after the sale has been excellent. I had a few questions and again Willie was quick to respond and help out.
We are looking forward to a full season of biking in 2022.
